Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so at any time before it is out for delivery, and your payment will be refunded to your original payment method. The refund process will be initiated immediately upon cancellation and should reflect in your payment source within 5-7 business days.

Please note that once your order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Return Policy:

Returns will be considered for products that are damaged or of unsatisfactory quality due to a fault on our part. FarmGrade Organic Private Limited will investigate such claims and take appropriate action.

• You may initiate a return request within 7 days of the successful delivery of your order by emailing us at [email protected]. For damaged items, please include product images in your email.
• Return requests will be subject to approval by the company after due verification.
• All returned items must be in new and unopened condition, with the original receipt and packaging.
